We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Our main facility is based in the United Kingdom, and all UK orders are shipped from this location.

Tracking & Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your chosen courier will then provide tracking information and an estimated delivery timeframe. Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 2–3 working days.

3. Get your refund within 10-15 days of us receiving your return

Any product in unused, original condition with tags/packaging intact.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
