We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Our main facility is based in the United Kingdom, and all UK orders are shipped from this location.

Tracking & Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your chosen shipping service will then provide tracking information and an estimated delivery timeframe. Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 2–3 working days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
